Avaliação da contribuição8pm showed up in the drive thru, everyone standing outside, one girl even had the headset on, waited at the speaker (no answer) drove around and asked if they were open they all said no were closed. Ummmm if you’re closed are you riding the clock??? With your headset still on and you’re still at the store???
I can't believe I have to give this Burger King one star. Tonight is the second and last time I've attempted to order through the drive-thru. The first time when I got to the speaker to place my order I was asked to wait just a minute to place my order and I responded sure. After 10 minutes and everyone behind me gave up I finally drove off. There was no other cars in line. Tonight when I got the speaker I was told they were only accepting online door dash orders. This place is poorly managed. Don't waste your time.
The dining room was closed when the hours said otherwise. We went through the drive through and they said that all fountain drinks were out.Those employees were just closing the store way before it was actually closed.
Doesn't seem like this location is rebounding from the pandemic yet (I think I last visited early this summer). I put a mobile order in at 2 pm, thinking I'd get in and out. Boy was I wrong! Sat for 12 minutes total, and 3 minutes next to the speaker before anyone acknowledged me! They need to reclassify this out of the fast food category!
I always come here and it's good but I went there June 30th it was disgusting. I order the 2 for $6 twice (two big kings, and two single quarter pounders). They gave me two whoppers with no cheese and no condiments and two Jr whoppers. So I went back this time inside. They re did my order and it was still wrong. They threw my big kings in the bag very sloppy too the point it fell out the wrapper. The single quarter pounders had nothing on them no cheese, no mustard, no ketchup, no onions, and no pickles. Just meat and bread! Are drunks were FLAT! and tasted like water. It was a waste of my money and time I had to go back twice for a order that wasn't right.
