Normally when I go to this location in person or on a mobile app they are very considerate and accurate with my food. Today I ordered 2 cookies I had to tell the employee about my other cookie because she only gave me 1. When I got home to check my food, because this was a mobile order, I recieved a sandwich with no meat. I went back to the restaurant and had to get my meal 10 mins later, and while the manager was making my sandwich I had to tell her that a subway melt came with bacon. She did apologize and advised me the employee who prepared my 1st sandwich was new, but that doesn't excuse the waiting on 2 other people while getting my food after I arrived. I will never go to this location again, and hope that something changes with the customer service. You lost a loyal customer, but I hope you all gain experience.
Get some employees that can at least understand BASIC HUMAN KNOWLEDGE. The foreign lady that put the condiments on the sandwiches is completely STUPID. You have to repeat yourself 2-3 times and she still does what she wants to do. Fire her expeditiously!
This store is horrible. The customer service is the worst. Please learn how to speak English before you get a job. The person from India with a mask on kept asking me what meat I want on my sandwich. I clearly asked for the new Italian sandwich. I have no idea what meat goes on a fast food Italian sandwich at subway. This place is a joke
I try to always give subway a chance when I 'm in the mood for something less fatty. It 's one of the few places that has offerings that aren 't always deep fried. However, the service is always kind lacking due to language barriers. The service is slow and it kind of sucks to pay so much for big loaf of bread with processed meat and toppings. Then try to pass it off as healthy .
Was greeted when I came in but it seemed so forced. Not a smile in the entire place. Ordered two subs toasted. Neither one was actually toasted. More like steamed. Turkey tastes weird and that steak teriyaki should be banned. Then they do not accept coupons. When i asked why, the lady mumbled something about a boss. They have a thick accent and it's hard to understand them. Safe to say i will not visit this location again or any Subway. Bring Jared back or something....
