Kentucky Fried Chicken

I've been disappointed by KFC in recent years, but this visit was a pleasant surprise. The customer service was good and the food was generally tasty, although it could have been a bit warmer. I suspect that, because they weren't busy, some of the food may have been sitting in the warmer for too long rather than being freshly made.

Although not the most aesthetically pleasing restaurant, it is clean. However, it is old and dated, giving it a slightly grubby feeling. The brown color scheme may be a factor in this. Unfortunately, the app was not working for me so I had to use the self-service computer, which was painfully slow and frustrating. On a positive note, the food was good and the staff was very helpful. I needed assistance carrying my tablet and without hesitation, a worker helped me without needing any explanation. As someone with a disability, I really appreciated this kind gesture. The staff at this restaurant is friendly and eager to assist.

The food was dry, stale, and had a terrible taste. It seemed like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours. I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

The service at this restaurant is absolutely disgraceful. No matter how many times we give them another chance, they always get our order wrong. It's frustrating to have to drive 20 minutes back to complain and try to get the rest of our order. Trying to phone them is also a pain, as they never answer the phone in the office. I have completely given up on hoping for good service. Even when I went into the restaurant to order, they still forgot items from my order. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was standoffish, rude, and abrupt. She asked for previous receipts and snapped at me, saying they don't have time to answer the phone in the office. She suggested that if I didn't like the service, I should find another KFC. Overall, the service is not good and we are glad to no longer go here. The only good thing they do is offer a discount to NHS workers.

The dining experience was enjoyable with plenty of parking spaces for easy access. However, there may be a waiting queue to access the restaurant, which is actually for the KFC located next door. It is best to wait for a clear path and drive against the traffic to reach the restaurant. Despite this inconvenience, the food quality at this KFC is good.
