Avaliação da contribuiçãoOn Wednesday we traveled all day and returned home on the way back to Neubruchhausen. The weather even allowed to take place outside in the cozy beer garden. Some festively dressed people stood outside to smoke and we were afraid that it is closed society. We first went to the main entrance to explore the location. No problem, we could take a seat outside, there would have been two tables in there. After several litres of wet from above, the operation helped us find a dry table and a cushion. So we first ordered the Grauen Burgunder and then studied the map. It changes depending on the season, so you can never make a tribal dish. My companion chose the turkey steak with fresh cheese, which was served with roasted inks. I had appetite for pasta with leaf spinach. As a greeting from the kitchen there was a Julienne salad, at least I would call it that. Served on a porcelain spoon, strips of vegetables in a light salad sauce. Was very tasty and unlike the usual breads it did not stop before. The food came after about 30 minutes, which probably had to do with the wedding party. My companion was very fond of the dish that steak very delicate and well seasoned, only the cheese he has reduced by half with the statement: is too fat to me. The roasted inks were all eaten, but the whole dish was just made. I had to salt my band noodles with the spinach hood, otherwise the sauce was light and very well suited to the dish. All in all, this can only confirm my review of the last visit. The house has no star, but a reasonable price-performance ratio. There is still the tranquility of the surroundings and the very nice service here.

Once again we have fed exquisitely here. A reservation is absolutely recommended as this place is very well visited (for good reason. The building ensemble with small hotel and restaurant is still completely new and managed by Family Lau. The staff is super friendly and careful. The menu also offers saturating dishes for vegetarians. You should take time and enjoy an appetizer and a dessert. It is worthwhile for palate and eye! Beer friends are the Zwickl from the cooled ironing bottle, served in a stone beer recommended
Hotel and restaurant really deserve an unrestricted recommendation. The room was large, modern, clean and quiet. On a small balcony you can sit outside in the evening. The bathroom has a rain shower and an integrated radio. The menu in the restaurant offers a good choice for every taste. There were three daily dishes next door. The dishes are beautifully prepared and well prepared. The service is attentive and very fast. Right behind the mill, various hiking trails begin through the surroundings, including along a brook course in a nature reserve. Very nice!
Very recommended. Occasionally. Ate in the garden. Kitchen five stars. Perfect. All right. Come back.
