Neighbor's Kitchen Yard - Bastrop

I was never in bastrop and my friend invited me to dinner on Friday. they brought neigbor? it wasn't disappointed. the drinks were great, but eating was even better! I ordered the 1/2 greek salate and a personal pepperoni pizza with white sauce. you could say that everything was homemade and delicious. I enjoyed it so much that we went back to brunch on Sunday. we have the hot lil honey pizza and traditional wings! delicious! Their mimic and **** marys are $3 on Sunday. the reason why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was because Friday night we asked the waitress on cutlery and she brought us to go funerals because she didn't want to go to the house and get us real cutlery. we then asked for comminuted paprika and cheese and she continued to bring us the smallest to go packages bc again the shakers were inside. the owner brought us the comminuted paprika and cheese. the service was somewhat slow, but overall the foods and drinks are worth.

I love the vibe. beautiful location directly on the water. friendly and helpful staff. it is a great live music spot to enjoy some cocktails with a fantastic view. the Moonrise cocktail was absolutely delicious and fresh, but our chips in our chips and salsa were almost burned. not too bad, but noticeable. I enjoyed the atmosphere though and look forward to a new visit.

The restaurant is really beautiful with river views. Eat is delicious and comes hot. the cocktails are very good and I recommend moonlight margaritas. unfortunately on this trip we ordered calzones and instead got pizzas. the staff was very friendly and reduced the pizzas for their mistake and we left us happy.

Decent pizza, but seriously the goat cheese spicy basilikum calzone was from the charts. I had made them add some bark meat and seriously one of the best calzones I ever had. absolutely fantastic atmosphere with beautiful view. it was a bit too hot to sit outside, but it looks like a wonderful place when it cools down. come back to any case. I see some complaining about the service, they just let me talk about it. it's impossible to get some employees I know today. they work very well with what they have, the bartender was on point, our drinks were cold and our eating came hot. give people a break it is very difficult nowadays to get good employees.

Their pizzas are very good. Thin crust but nice chewy center. Their salads leave more to be desired. We had so much fun listening and dancing to the love music! Get a beer down at the Ice House and walk around sipping on good ale and enjoying the night.
