Avaliação da contribuiçãoNeat place in old restored building and waitress was excellent. However, food selections are limited so check the menu before you make a reservation. Our ribeyes were not very good. Grizzle and tough. Blue cheese grits were undercooked and instead of smooth and creamy were cold and gritty. Maybe they just had a bad night.
Everything was amazing. Our table for three was a bit small. They didn’t have coffee service which was a bummer but not a big deal. Still very much worth it to go have dinner.
The food is excellent here. We had several appetizers which were innovative and delicious. The steak was very nice and my friend enjoyed the corn risotto. All in all the food is wonderful. A band was playing next door and we could easily hear it but it wasn’t objectionable. I love this place and am glad they’re in Bastrop.
Very pleasant dining experience! Intimate and quiet setting (on a Wednesday night) perfect to relax and enjoy a beautiful meal. From appetizers through deserts, everything we ordered was better than expected.
Had a wonderful experience at the Storehouse! My wife and I had a dater here last night and we were completely satisfied with each course. We had the qual knots for our appetizer, which I highly recommend, they were absolutely delicious and not too spicy despite the habanero sauce. For our main course I got the Texas Grass Fed Steak, cooked to a perfect medium rare and seasoned perfectly. All of the flavors of this dish complemented one another very well. To top off the night we ended with Creme brûlée. One of the best things I've tasted in my life. Silky smooth with hibiscus infused pears, which I also highly recommend. Overall, we had a really amazing experience. This place is quite pricy but worth every single penny in my opinion.
