Taco Bell - Baton Rouge

Müllort mit illiterate. how can they not get a simple order right, then act really ignorant when they asked to correct? always a homeless dirty looking cashier with a problem. how hard is it to fix your mistake? wasting money is a big peeve of minen. to go here will have definitiv to waste their money.

Really nice renovation. the workers were great on Saturday. I even called from my command. first class experience today.

Terrible with customer service, excessively aggressive attitudes towards customers and mean when they come into the window!. I would never have gone if I knew the customer service was so terrible. like most almost food restaurants, their coffee machine has been broken .! unsurprised .!

Drive through window/ box guy put correct order on screen when asked for a number 2 with no lettuce and a root beer. Then when at the window the receipt changed and I get home and I have lettuce on my tacos. I don’t know if this was a spite move or an accident but I know he read back to me no lettuce and I saw it on the screen. I called the store twice and no answer both times. By the way you can hear operations somehow in the background as you call. So the feeling like you are being ignored is right there to keep you company while your moneys gone.

This used to be my favorite Taco Bell in town-notice I said used to. In my opinion, it should be shut down for the following reasons. The dining room is almost always CLOSED, staff seems to put priority on drive-thru over customers in the actual store, tables are NEVER CLEAN even if they're not busy, they force you to use the kiosk which doesn't give you a paper receipt, and some of the staff are rude and will ignore you when you approach the counter. Absolutely filthy!! Also, what's the deal with them always being closed on Sunday mornings? They're not ChicfilA! Matter of fact, a lot of times their RUDE and SLOW service sent me over to ChicfilA where I'm treated with courtesy and respect for twice the price!
