Sri Kishna Cafe - Batticaloa

This eatery beside the lagoon serves good Tamil food and has a lovely view looking out to the water. I was there for lunch, so had the self-serve rice and curry for 180 rupees, which was very nice. The friendly English speaking owner is very accommodating, he even brought me a spoon and fork to eat with, as I am not yet adept to eat curry with just my right hand! It was a very pleasant place indeed.

Yummy food. We had delicious dosa tasty kottu. Samosas were also a treat. Food using ghee labelled and owner speaks English is happyy to help. Sweets made with ghee.

This restaurant serves some of the best Indian cuisine we've had. The prices are very reasonable, and the restaurant is impeccably clean with friendly staff.

Krishna Cafe is a famous vegetarian restaurant in Batticaloa. This restaurant has a beautiful view of the lagoon. In Krishna Cafe we can buy vegetable jersey, chili parota etc. Good place to visit with family and friends.
