There were 4 other workers behind the counter, but no one offered to help two obviously struggling co-workers. The girl setting up to start the drive thru was asking others how to use the headset. No one started my order for several minutes after they figured out how to ring it up. Finally a girl from the back came up to make it…I was the only customer ?
They always mess something up. Either it is a drink, a sandwich, chip flavor, or rewards club. They are consistent with their failing to meet all the marks. But never bad enough to make it so it is never again , just annoying enough to make them a try again in a few months.
Unfortunately they aren't very freaky fast through the drive thru.
This place is totally worthless. Spend your money anywhere else. If you order food there is good chance you won't get it. If there was a lower rating. I would give it. Management is just as stupid as employees
I placed a large catering order for pickup on 8/11 of 40+ lunch boxes and it was made quickly and consistent!! The employee even carried it to my car for me. An awesome experience!!
