Taco Bell - Battle Ground

A few friends and I ordered food from this restaurant without cheese because two of us are lactose intolerant. However, instead of omitting the cheese, they piled it on everything. I honestly can't see how that could have been a mistake, especially since the staff seemed to be in a bad mood. I didn’t mind their attitude too much until I discovered that our meals consisted of nothing but cheese and meat. I had even ordered through the app to ensure that the modifications were correctly noted.

This Taco Bell is incredibly disappointing. I've had better food from the trash behind Safeway. If I could give it -3 stars, I would. It's just unacceptable.

Bg Tacobell, this isn’t it. I called them (kindly) to let them know this was my 4th time purchasing a crunchwrap that had hardly any meat on it. They replied “ I weighed it out myself and thats all they’re supposed to put on it.” More bites were taken and still no meat. So we opened it and this is what we’ve got. If you like spending 5$ on a tortilla, id recommend. If not, probably stay home or hit up woodland t bell. They actually give you what you pay for

Im sick of underqualified people unable to provide hot sauce or be transparent with my order to pay for what I've ordered and not receive what I've ordered. It's enough to exploit taco battle ground and do a survey a business that can achieve something much better

I've had nothing but negative experiences at this restaurant. We've ordered food through drive-thru or delivery about four or five times, and it's been disappointing every time. The drive-thru is always crowded, the service is slow, and our orders are frequently incorrect, with missing items. Even when we request hot sauce, it often isn't included, and the food looks poorly prepared. While I don't expect gourmet quality from fast food, I can't even classify this as fast or good. I wish them well, but I don't think we will be ordering from here again.
