We thought our order was paid for but unsure. Checked to see if payment went through with window STAFF. Reply was no and food immediately brought out COLD.
If the store hours indicate you open at 6 am, then you should be ready to serve at 6 am. If you cannot serve at 6 am, turn off the Sonic Apps ability to receive orders, if that’s not possible, then when a customer checks in, immediately notify them of the delay!! I ordered on the app at 6:26 am, arrived and checked in at approximately 6:35 am. At 6:45 am an employee comes out to tell me that he still has to prep my order, and the grill is still warming up and it will be about 8 minutes. I’m in a hurry to get to work so I ask for a refund, which takes about 8 minutes to get. I am now late to get to work and have no time to stop elsewhere for breakfast. Absolutely ruined my morning.
Okay so the company replaced my go to which is the jalapeño burger so today I got the butter garlic bacon burger and I kid you not... I can feel every artery in my body closing up and clogging. All of that butter on there left a puddle on my table at work and we had to light a cigarette just to get the smell out. The bun was drenched in it. If you absolutely love butter, this is the burger for you! I feel like I'm dying now because of it...bring back the super sonic jalapeño double cheese burger!!!
I swear y’all don’t know how to make shakes! Or look at what kind it is. I’ve ordered from here multiple times to get shakes and every single time you make them wrong. I order a Oreo chocolate shake every single time and every time I get a Oreo cheesecake shake instead. And then when I try to re-order it to get the right shake, y’all still get it wrong. I can’t call y’all and tell you this issue because your phone isn’t working. DO BETTER!!!!!
