Avaliação da contribuiçãoI never have bad experiences in a restaurant than here. I went to 12/25/22 to Sonic. I just ordered a comb meal and a pulp. When I came into the window to pay, the cash register was extremely rude. When I got my food. It was totally wrong. I told her that this is not what I ordered, and she grabbed the bag from my hand. I asked about my money back and told me I don't know where my manager is. I told her I'm not leaving without my money.
I had the chicken fried steak sandwich and my wife had a number 1. We also had fries and tots. The food was delicious and we finished everything. What was notable was that this terrific meal was served on Christmas day.Food: 5/5
This is the grilled cheese we received (2 of them actually) Christmas Day 2022. It literally was 2 white pieces of bread, maybe toasted for 15 seconds. People who receive food like this should get a refund. One bite and straight to the trash, disgusting. Will NEVER go back to this location again. @Sonic you should be ashamed.Food: 1/5
The food is good, they treat you very well, the speaker where you order the food just fails a lot, you can't hear it well and they don't even listen to you
The Sonic app would not allow me to place my order; nor did their online website. After those failed, I tried utilizing the different delivery apps, but none of them allow me to customize my orders the way I want, and obviously there is a HUGE price hike for deliveries. I don't have my physical credit card in hand to order in person, as I've always used my Sonic App....so sad. Pizza Hut got my back, tho.
