The online ordering process was a mess at this restaurant. The first time we ordered, there was a mistake which caused a delay of over 30 minutes. This will be the last time we order from here.

This restaurant was absolutely awful. We sat down and waited for 30 minutes without being attended to. I had to repeatedly ask if we had a waiter, and each time, they would say yes and then ignore us.

Buffalo wings had a variety of excellent sauces for the wings. The waiter was attentive to my visit Cleanliness was amazing for such a big place. They had a big TV to watch for the customer while waiting for their orders. A good place to bring friends and family to share a meal.

So far, this was the best BWW I spent in Beaumont Texas over the past 15 years. The service and the atmosphere here is from the car park. I recommend visiting everyone.
