Chicken Express - Beaumont

If you are looking for a halfway decent food with a bad experience, do not look further, their daily shift manager will be with terrible service that the kitchen staff can almost make.

It's a fast food chicken restaurant. The staff was polite, the food was hot. It was exactly what is expected... roasted chicken strips, roasted okra, soft drink.

Flew to the restaurant and quickly got service, even tho had a long line in drive-thru. Very good roasted chicken. Biscuits were also very good. I have Jalapeños on the side for a Buck. It was recommended Tuesday so servers their special. I have what I wanted to order for 1/2 of the costs. Great. They are always very helpful. Even large pieces. Good meals.

He waited for 20 minutes in the drive-through and the guy who took my orders was extremely rude and indecent. Of course there is no regular maintenance in this place.

This location is just ridiculous!! The stores hours are never the ones reflected on the website nor door... you can see the chicken sitting on the racks thru the door but are forced to use the drive thru only to recieve stale old chicken... what a joke!
