I had a very great experience with this subway today i came here to get a sandwich nearly 1 pm it was really busy store but the cleaning of the store the atmosphere and the staff are really doing a good job specially the manager of the store speaks very politely.
Horrible restaurant and staff. Don’t even offer veggie Patties. I have to drive all the way to Grande Prairie for something they should stock normally.
Nothing against the workers they were fine. The low rating is due to the restaurant always being out of ingredients. Currently out of bacon for a few weeks now. Tried ordering the little Italy but they didn’t have all the stuff for it so tried ordering the brisket sub and couldn’t make that either. If your going to launch a new menu make sure all the ingredients are in stock… probably won’t be going back. Place has been going down hill for almost a year now. Also every time my boyfriend went to place an order either on the app or in person they have been out of the ingredients to make that sub each time for prob 6 months so this is nothing new.
While the service at SubWay can be great, you can also get some lack luster service. The store is usually clean, but there are moments that is less than. The main problem with this Subway is how they struggle to stock their products. Often times, and especially so on Thursdays, they will be out of a number of toppings, such as pickles, cheese, and sometimes even some of their meats. Other than that, I find it totally acceptable.Also, they didn't cut my sub. At all. Like, it's still one peice of bread with meat and sauce. Come on.
