Came shopping for a stroller on Sunday and I was undecided, was here for about 3 hours trying to decide on one never did anyone come to check if we needed any help or had any questions about any of the brands finally when I had a question I went to grab someone that’s the only time they came around. The last girl who helped me check out was nice and polite the First Lady who I called for a question and apparently was the only one with knowledge about the stroller I was inquiring about send her my way afterwards to help us check out she was patient while showing us how to fold the stroller/ ALSO THERE WAS ANOTHER FAMILY LOOKING AT STROLLERS FIRST TIME PARENTS AND WERE CLUELESS ABOUT THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF STROLLERS AND CAR SEATS THEY WERE THERE FOR A WHILE AND LEFT EMPTY HANDED meaning no stroller NEVER DID I SEE ANYONE COME AROUND AND ASK IF THEY NEEDED ANYTHING, THEY WERE ASKING ME ABOUT THE CARSEAT AND BASE trying to figure out if the base was included with with the strollers and car seat bundle I love the cleanliness of the store and the nursery room since I was there 3 hours it was useful to breastfeed my baby while in the store. Decided to purchase here since I was at Target, and Fredmeyer before coming here and did not have a lot of variety on strollers
The customer service is very poor and the person I talked to (Kara) was very rude. She had no interest in listening to us and would not process our online return. She kept ignoring what we are saying and was forcing our hand to do it her way. Horrible customer service!
Been in here a few times as we ‘gear’ up for baby #1 and sort out our registry. Everybody has been incredibly helpful and knowledge. Well stocked, clean store with a broad range of merchandise options from high end to affordable. Highly recommend a visit.
I paid money for membership in this store. It’s been around a month and no membership rewards in my account. No coupon of 20% discount. I gave all the details to store in my last visit to resolve this issue. I called buy buy customer service to get it resolved. They gave ticket/case no. I called them again after SLA of the ticket is over. They again gave another ticket. Still issue is nit resolved.Who the hell want to pay to hear sorry rather than getting service as committed.I am highly disappointed with the service. I am going to explore legal action/complaint against buy buy baby for such irresponsible and careless behavior.I am going to return most of stuff I purchased from buybuybaby.Worst experience ever for paid membership.
I had low expectations coming here. Who wants to go to a chain baby store on a Saturday morning, yuck!Boy was I wrong. I was shocked at how clean and tidy the store was. The employees knew their sh*t and were exceptionally helpful and had fantastic attitudes. I spoke with the store manager, and he was the most genuine guy you could ever hope to meet. Not rushed, didn't push product or seem annoyed in any way, shape, or form.If you think the store is expensive, just bring an older female relative, they will gladly open their wallets!
