The Travellers Rest - Bebington

A fantastic host, delicious home-cooked meals, and generous portion sizes from a diverse menu. They offer great beers, wine, and spirits at excellent prices in a traditional old-style pub featuring a coal fireplace. I highly recommend paying a visit, and if you have a dog, feel free to bring it along!

I had a lovely steak and Stilton toastie for lunch, and it was fantastic. The chips were amazing, and I enjoyed a decent pint from Spit Feathers Brewery. The service was friendly and welcoming.

Had a nice meal with son and daughter-in-law and new son-in-law to the father's day. the meal was excellent quality, well cooked and very tasty. they also have a good choice of meal times. we had a private area so that the child car was out of the way. the staff was very helpful, pleasant and attentive, without being intrusive. Thank you.

I visited this pub today for the first time in many years and was extremely pleased. It was very clean, warm, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Our lunch, along with the Baileys cheesecake, was delicious. It was so enjoyable to sit and savor our meal in a quiet atmosphere, with no loud, jarring music—what a refreshing change! I definitely want to return.

Great traditional pub with friendly staff and a good selection of draft ales. Would recommend a visit if after a pub with character.
