Avaliação da contribuiçãoI am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at Harko Oriental Restaurant in Bedford. As a customer, I expected to have an enjoyable dining experience, but unfortunately, my recent visit left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patron. Harko operates All You Can Eat service and upon reaching the end of my meal, a short Chinese disgruntled woman approached me and questioned why I had taken two servings of ice cream, despite the fact that there is no specific limit indicated for any item on the menu. This encounter left me feeling singled out and embarrassed, as if I had committed an offense by partaking in the service I had paid for. I found this woman’s approach to be not only rude but also fundamentally disrespectful. As a customer availing of the All You Can Eat service, I anticipated being able to enjoy a wide variety of dishes without feeling restricted or judged for partaking in the offerings provided. The confrontation I experienced directly contradicted the premise of the service and left a lasting negative impression on my overall dining experience. It is disheartening to have encountered such treatment, particularly as a paying customer. The lack of courtesy exhibited by this woman has undoubtedly tarnished the reputation of the establishment in my eyes, and I am compelled to share my experience in the hope that it prompts a reconsideration of the approach to customer service at Harko Oriental Restaurant. I must say this is the second time I have experienced this behaviour from the same woman. If they cannot operate All You Can Eat service, they should close down as this behaviour is not acceptable in the UK.
Very good , I’m glad to go every week to eat there . All the food is good. I have been trying everything
Absolutely despicable. I should have read the comments before hand. The owner is just outride rude and disrespectful. They tried to charge us for someone else’s drinks and when we said otherwise, proceeded to try and charge us for having our own water. This place is to be much better years ago, now it’s run down and shabby. The food was kept on running out and mostly lukewarm
What an absolute rubbish place.Asked if they could measure a nine year old to check if she was below 1.4metres tall….this would qualify her paying an adult rate.Previously they have asked for food to be paid for before hand to ensure we don’t run off and do not waste food..That very day we saw a rat run across under the serving dishes.The staff are so rude.It is beyond me how they are still open.
I recently visited a buffet restaurant and was very disappointed with the quality of food. After eating there, I experienced stomach upset and diarrhea once I got home. I would not recommend this place to others.
