Fuji Sushi - Bel Air

However, this year, we deviated from the norm and savored it on the evening after our vacation, coincidentally the night before my son's return to school. As always, the hostess and servers were incredibly pleasant. The restaurant, not overly crowded, ensured that our drinks, appetizers, and entrees arrived promptly. The familiar casual and serene atmosphere embraced us. While most of our sushi rolls were delectable, unfortunately, our beloved favorite roll missed the mark with an off putting flavor, which was truly disappointing. The server promptly replaced it with a freshly crafted one, but regrettably, it failed to satisfy our taste buds as well. Both the server and the chef tasted the sushi and found it to be normal, despite our disagreement. Consequently, it was graciously removed from our bill. Despite this minor setback, I must admit that our overall dining experience was enjoyable. With a score of 24 out of 25 stars, this restaurant maintains an A rating.

Still a really good place. The atmosphere and everything is nice and clean. The people who work there are nice and give good service. I shared the Spicy Tuna Roll, Spicy California Roll, Dragon Roll, Jungle Roll, and the Sunrise Roll with my family, and we enjoyed every bite! 10/10, will come again for sure :

The Host refused to seat us knowing we have 6 kids in our party. Service: 1

Go-to takeaway spot. We like getting our seaweed salad, siomai or maybe gyoza, and about 3-5 different sushi rolls. Food is ALWAYS ready when they say it will be. The restaurant itself is kind of dark and cramped inside but this is why we don't really eat in.
