Fuji Sushi - Bel Air

This is a long overdue review. I’ve been a customer since 2008. It’s a place that I come back to each time I am in town. The food quality is still great, and the service is still top notch. I also used to work here during high school, and I had worked at many kitchens since/ before then. I can testify that they have one of the cleanest/ most organized kitchens I’ve ever seen. This place still always busy for a reason. So happy I had the chance to visit Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a great experience dining here. Service was quick and very friendly. Food tasted fresh and so full of flavor. Everything you hope to find from a sushi spot and more. Definitely adding this to my favorites. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Love this place. Service is friendly and expedient. Usually we start with the edamame and the lettuce wraps. Frequently wish they 'd provide a few extra pieces of lettuce, but I also never ask. Frequently order the roti canai chicken in yellow curry sauce app too I just love it! (I can never figure out if it 's the same yellow curry sauce as in their entrees though). We 've tried the chicken katsu and it 's a little underwhelming. Have also tried variations of the hibachi options fine but nothing overly exciting (though this could be because it always been takeout and not eat in). Side pineapple fried rice is good but felt like it was a little too yellow . Almost too many rolls on the menu that I constantly forget what I liked last time or over order because my eyes are bigger than my stomach (which says a lot). But a few I like include: St. Patrick (minus coconut flakes), holiday roll, magical, deluxe rainbow, sweet potato roll (eat in only otherwise not as crunchy), dragon roll, dynamite roll, several of their more simple/traditional single fish focused rolls and sushi/sashimi are also great. [Not specific to this place but when did rolls have to get all wild and fancy, over stuff stuffed and expensive??? Definitely recommend Fuji Sushi.
