Food was tasty and fresh but the portions were extremely skimpy. I ordered extra salmon and the lady added 4 small cubes of salmon and charged me $4.50. Up charged for Avocado and added 1 sliver. Asked for edamame and she added 6 beans. Had to ask for extra everything and she gave me a huge attitude. I won’t be going back here because I left hungry. I was so excited to try this place. I’ve been to others out of the area and really enjoyed. I love the fact that you can build your own bowl. So they offer raw protein toppings but put them all together where the raw could drop/or drip into the cooked protein topping containers. And yes I know its edible raw but for some customers that can be very offputting knowing raw food could’ve possibly dropped in to the cooked chicken/shrimp when being retrieved just saying! So that is not my biggest issue, my biggest issue is that the boy who waited on us and made our food kept the same gloves on and handled dirty money and touched all over the register machine!!?? I watched him make someone else’s food with those same gloves on after he handled our money????? Ew!?? Well after we saw that we didn’t get to eat our food we just threw it away : Thats just absolutely disgusting! We didn’t want to take any chances getting sick. I mean money is so dirty??!! I should’ve asked for my money back but I wasn’t feeling like getting in a confrontation. So now after reading some previous reviews I’m positive that’s why people are getting so sick here! You’re all worried about being Covid compliant and wearing a mask but your not worried about dirty gloves/hands cross contamination? SMH.
