Steak Night At Gallery - Belfast

The gallery is usually very good eating and fast service but at Christmas day it felt very badly managed no mulled wein or canapés at the arrival and even through we had to preorder and pre pay it still 45 minutes for the starter to arrive the bar was unaffected for most of the afternoons or table service for drinks noticed the waiting staffs completed several hours with

The restaurant was closed, no one informed us, extremely bad service around the one we checked, no one told us that it was closed

When we arrived in the dining room of the hotel, we were finally informed that it was closed and if we were not to make it eat in the bar.

Waited 2 hours to eat and had to give up, they were seriously under staff . eddie rockets on the street,

Lovely staff and food. Service was brilliant and nothing was a problem. Food was plentiful too .
