Os servidores estavam agindo como se não houvesse nenhuma reserva em meu nome no sistema. Assim que mostrei o comprovante de reserva, eles explicaram que a mesa aberta é para eles gerenciada por uma agência externa e que eles não podem fazer nada a respeito. Erros acontecem, então estaria tudo bem se tentássemos encontrar uma solução juntos, no entanto, o servidor que falou conosco foi surpreendentemente rude, não se... Ver todos os feedbacks.
