Restaurant La Cabane - Belin-Béliet

The place was cold, the staff were rude, I asked for chicken and was served duck... And when confronted they lied even more and I gave the whole meal back and was still charged for everything. Misrepresentation and overprice ****!!

Had some super meals here last year. Would recommend! Fusion of Asian and Western food in a non fussy and very tasty way. Nice ambience and good value.

Travelling from Zaragoza to Eurodisney, we faced a huge, huge, huge traffic jam when we were approaching Bordeaux. So we decided to leave the main road to take alternative routes. And we decided to stop for lunch. I did query Tripadvisor to see if there were good things around....and we found La Cabane. What a lovely surprise. Food is home made. Not compñex food, just grilled, or typical stews, but, they were brilliant. Our bavette, and our chicken was gorgeus. Les frites, were truly home made frites, and the dessert was very good also. Last but not least the prices were ok, specially if compared against the ones in Paris or in Euro Disney. Good choice. Good products, good cuisine! Shame is so far away from home.

Everything great, staff friendly, really helpful. Rooms small for double but bathrooms quite roomy, all very clean. We had rooms 10 and 12 which were very quiet. Lovely food in restaurant next door, although coke more expensive than water! Restaurant Toscana opposite and to right expensive. This hotel is great for stopover but no more nights especially without a car!!

We came here for dinner with our two well behaved 8 year old twins at least they were on this occasion). The staff were cool despite my husband speaking good french. Just one smile would have made us feel welcomed. The food was very good but we left disappointed.
