Avaliação da contribuiçãoPricey, but not disappointed. the food and service were excellent. so many restaurants to choose from on caye caulker, but I would definitely recommend that they take this to the top of the list for a great dinner.
Awesome food, courteous staff, fun live music! Had the coconut crusted red snapper special
Really good fish soup, enhanced by the wonderful house hot-sauce. We thoroughly enjoyed the fish/lobster mains. Very attentive staff. This restaurant is not always open so call before visiting.
Everything we had was delicious: steak tacos, seafood tacos and ceviche. Staff was really friendly and attentive. Loved sitting on the open and deck above the street level.
This was our final restaurant in Caye Caulker we visited nearly all the other popular restaurants and were excited to wrap up with this. The food was okay, but certainly not better than several other restaurants or street food however, it was by far the most expensive meal we had. The dining experience started out fine we enjoyed the live music though speakers are a little loud for how close they are to your seats. However for the second half of our meal we had to listen to the owner of the restaurant hang out with a few guys at the table next to us and yell at length about how much they all hated mask mandates, and then listen to the bartender get fairly aggressively hit on by these same guys for the remainder of the time. I wouldn’t usually blame the restaurant for behavior of patrons but these were clearly the owners friends and he and bartender condoned it. I will say that besides the bartender and owner, the wait staff was great (friendly, attentive) and the musician was good and put up with fairly obnoxious heckling from these same guys with a smile. All in all, our worst dining experience on the island for top dollar.
