I've been an auntie anne's fan for many years. I love the pretzels here, always delicious!

The day before yesterday, I bought a cup of Mini Pretzel Dogs for my kid. The hot dog got burnt, with a blackened casing. After my child ate it, he started vomiting at night and continued vomiting several times the next day. I suspect that the food was burned or contaminated with bacteria. Their hot dogs often get burnt, turning black. This blackened food is also harmful to the human body.

Got the pretzel nuggets and they tasted bitter. I feel like they’re either watering down the butter they use on them or using some kind of cheap fake butter-like substance. Really disgusting. Threw mine away.

Same problem with other reviewers. Overcooked pretzels and all of mine got burnt pretty bad that they are all very bitter. I have to take out the blackened part so my kids can eat those. Cannot recommend this place. This should be an easy fix, why it isnt fixed?
