Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I've been a customer for 10 years. Many people worked here, but I do not remember any occasion to be unsatisfied by their work or attitude. Always respectful, smiley, friendly. Of course happened minor mistakes like a wrong sauce, but fixed momentarily. One time needed to wait 20 minutes longer but I saw those orders occupying entire desk. They do their best to make all customers satisfied. Drive through could be a little better, sometimes a delay about a couple minutes before asking. Delivery no complains. In the waiting area inside a little weird feeling due to architectural decisions, like too tight and hard to hear and see if your order is ready. One thing I observed recently and do not like the tips request during online purchase. How can I make a decision if service has not been provided yet?Parking: About 6 spaces in front and usually 2 3 on left side.

Waited 10 minutes AT the window, no one coming up to check, only to be told that my order, which I showed up on time for, would be 20 minutes out.Hire more workers.

Auto programmed tip is extremely annoying. I have no intention to ever tip for a pizza I order online, pick up at the drive thru and then cook myself. The way it's set up now it automatically ads a tip and you have to select custom tip and enter 00.00 or else the tip will be on your bill.I like their pizza and other items even though prices have gone up substantially recently but will no longer patronize places that try to trick you into tipping in situations that are not traditionally tip scenarios like picking up our own order and baking our own food. I do tip for large restaurant to go orders but this is a different situation.

Placed my order online at 4 pm. One pizza and one cheese bread.(Nothing crazy)I scheduled to pick it up at 5:30....even left a tip on my order when I placed it. Wish I could take that back. Finally get my pizza at 6pm. Only to find out they didn't even have the cheese bread. Sorry guys. Please do better.

Last two times I came here I had to wait in the drive through for 10+ minutes. More like Wait N’ Bake pizza
