Restaurant Croce Federale - Bellinzona

Although the restaurant looks like a tourist trap we were surprised that even locals eat here or even drink only a coffee. the service is friendly and fast, eating very well and original - so the main dishes all had a self-baked poppy bar and my carbonara was garnished with a piece of circular speck (I have no idea how to prepare it.)
