I have been a customer at Lee Wong for a long time until tonight. I picked up my food and part was missing so called and asked to be delivered could hear a voice saying ‘tell her she’ll get it when she gets it’ so I drove down and informed them I wanted a refund and the food. Arrived to be told the food wasn’t even started waited for another 10 mins meanwhile my food is now cold to be told no refund just the food they forgot. Never once received an apology and the attitude from the woman behind the desk was disgusting. Far better take away called good luck up the road and better priced. Go there for a lovely warm meal which is correct first time and lovely service at good prices. Giving 1 star to this place is generous

Been a customer for over 40yrs. Recent levels of food quality have deteriorated in last 10yrs and yet the price of meals has increased to ridiculous levels £10!! which means we only order now very rarely. The curry and sweet'n'sour options often have a powdery/chalky taste and have a lot less veg than before it changed management e.g. you used to get lots of pineapple, tomato, onion and pepper in the sweet'n'sour sauce your now lucky if you get 1 piece of tomato/pineapple. They've also stopped, in last 10yrs, putting spring onion in fried rice. Also local rival offers free prawn crackers, spring roll, and chicken wing if you spend over £10 £15. Lee wong only offers free prawn crackers if spend £25!! New management is driving loyal customers away! In fairness, although it isn't as good as it used to be in order to justify the extortionate price increases, it is still the bar I measure other Chinese takeaways against. Perhaps I've been spoiled with having such a good Chinese for the majority of my life!

Have been a customer for over 20 years going downhill. Same food delivery every week. But complete different price every time. Got chips which taste day old and reheated delivered cold. Did replace but meal ruined Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3
