Our first time at this Bojangles great food very friendly and very helpful I hope they stay and keep up the good

Service with an attitude. We typically experience unprofessional attitudes when ordering from this location. Today was it for us. The old white guy was yelling at the people next to us and yelled at me to speak up when we were in the drive thru in a disrespectful manner. They then proceeded to just throw our Bo rounds in the bottom of the bag. This location needs to be held accountable for their lack of customer service.

I truly don’t know why we continue to patronize this establishment. EVERY time we go they leave something out of our order, charge us astronomical prices for sauces they DONT give you and they’re persistently slow.

Fantastic customer service!! Thank you!! Had a large order. The manager came over immediately to let us know that there would be a wait because of the size of our order. Which was fine with us! We are very thankful that Belmont, Beaty Rd Bojangles, was the complete opposite of the Bojangles of Garrison Rd, Gastonia.

I see alot of bad reviews here, but honestly all the times I have been to this location I have only had one 10 minute wait and everyone has always been polite and food on point.
