Bojangles - Belmont

I don't like bojangles or fast food in general, so if I go there to get food for someone, but... Give yourself 45 minutes when you drive through and do not try to make eye contact with the homeless who approach your car. Then you need to order 35 different things before you find out what they don't run out. Take it from a local....

Inside was immaculate. Nice, friendly and professional service. The food was so good. This was a very occasional meal and it was even better than expected.

On Friday night I stayed here to bring my daughter and my niece to the chicken meal. In the drive-thru and sat there for 20 minutes without a single car moving. Was finally able to get out of the Drive-Thru and my husband went into this facility. He made a comment to the manager that we've been sitting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and no cars were moving. She told him it wasn't her fault that only two people showed up for work. Strongly understated to have both the dining room and the drive-thru open. Food was good, I could have used more spices in the dirty rice and fries.

I wish I could give zero stars. after eating by... Is the honey mustard in there? Bo, Yes (in a whispering voice) I, (going away), look in bags, no honey must go back in. had to wait 10 minutes and ask for service because the employees were on the phone. Go home, no cookies. Fritten are terrible. cold dry and NO SEASONING!!!. It's the only pommes I like for seasonal work. Chicken is not regular. we didn't order Cajun. Two people here can't eat Cajun. Yeah, pretty upset because we live 10 miles away. It's bad if it's more than 1 problem, but that's over reddish when you spend $45 on fast food

NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS BOJANGLES!!! had a big order and we were missing 1 order(supreme box I had the receipt and got the drink for the order but not the food and I even showed the manager that we were missing a whole order and she thought i was lying... showed her the receipt again and she brought me my order in the rudest manner. all the food was cold, biscuits(supposed to be handmade were all flat and burnt, the tender weren 't even tenders they were the bottom of the basket flour nuggets. the food being bad was one thing, but having the manager think I was lying and being rude to me was the worst.
