Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Belton

So we all love the chicken sandwich, remember that they have other food. recently stopped at this place. Enjoy your eating, but sometimes the service is a challenge.

No Popeyes around our area so traveling is the only time we see them. Service was quick and the food was great. The location is kind of a challenge if you have never been there but it ended up being an easy on and off to get back on the highway. They were very busy which is always a good sign for a restaurant.

Day shift is awesome! Food is hot friendly service and order is always right. Night shift is a different story. Rude employees and order is always wrong and they don't care. Make sure you get there before 4pm. Needs a better manager on nights.

We just moved to the area wanted to enjoy a family dinner here. Walked in around 5pm on a Saturday there was only 1 other customer in the restaurant. Maybe 2 cars in drive thru, we stood by the cash register not once did anyone greet us. The lady in charge never made eye contact with us said out loud “I’ll be with you when I can” my whole family stood there in shock at her rudeness. We decided to brush it off still wait another 5 minutes. She started talking to the employees telling them that we had to wait she had to get a huge order together she didn’t know when she was going to be able to assist us. After hearing all these comments we decided to leave. This lady had the worst customer service ever. There’s a reason this place has such poor reviews. Corporate really needs to look into all these employees because it’s turning away a lot of customers. I will never step foot inside this Popeyes. I will make sure to call corporate because no one deserves the rudeness she gave us. We had our younger kids with us they even said wow mommy this lady is rude and mean. Save yourself the headache don’t even stop here. If you’re craving Popeyes find another location. This place is just horrible.

We had been driving for a bit and all my family wanted popeyes. We get to the store and the first thing the manager or team leader says is I 'll be with you when I can. She didn 't even make eye contact or anything. Then as we waited she kept telling the other employees well they 're going to have to wait I have a big order. I can 't give them anything. They 're going to wait until I have time. I have this big order so they 're going to have to wait . At no point did she engage my family or I to at least tell us they had a big order or that we were going to have to wait. She just kept making comments about how we were going to have to wait. She could 've easily said, I 'm sorry but we have a huge order so you 're going to have to wait a certain time for your order. She could 've at least said that while we waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. The guy taking out the trash was more polite than the girl in charge. This happened Saturday 10 September around 5pm. The one in charge was a lady. I will never go there and I will make sure to let people know how horrible their customer service is.
