Avaliação da contribuiçãoI would rate this restaurant a 4.2. The service was quite slow, at times so much so that I found myself searching for someone to help us, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. However, the food was outstanding! I was truly impressed by the flavors and the accompanying dishes. Everything about the execution and taste of the meals was excellent.
We visited my dad's favorite restaurant to honor his memory by going to the places he loved to eat. The service was outstanding, and the owner was incredibly kind, which is part of why my dad adored this place. It felt like we were walking in his footsteps.
I took my uncle here to celebrate his 78th birthday. He served in the Army in Korea and has a deep appreciation for Korean cuisine. We started with an order of mandu dumplings. My uncle chose the spicy pork and kimchi stew, while I had the galbi bibimbap served in a hot stone bowl. Our meal also included five banchan, which are small side dishes. My uncle was thrilled with his meal, and I really enjoyed the bibimbap, especially the crunchy, caramelized rice at the bottom of the bowl. The prices are a bit on the higher side, particularly for the BBQ combos, which were over $100 and seemed more suited for groups. We plan to return and check out the lunch specials offered Monday through Friday.
One of my favorite restaurants in the area, and they never disappoint. The food is always amazing. The Kimchi Jjigae is my absolute favorite. BBQ is also amazing .
Good food, as authentic as it gets in the US. Worth the drive from DC since the city doesn't have any Korean restaurants that are worthy. Prices reasonable, friendly professional staff, wide variety of dishes.
