Bush Gardens Grill - Belvidere

Pretty darn good! However, there are no signs that tell you that you are at the right place. Asked Siri for the best burgers in Belvidere and this is where we were directed. Started with cheese curds and the Bush's Cheese Sticks. Curds were good, the cheese sticks with pepperoni were amazing. We all had burgers which were a good size and tasty. Give em a try!

Found this place by accident recently and was not disappointed. The drinks were fantastic and so was Grace!

It's a bar and grill. It's clean. Friday fish fries are above average, as are the sandwiches. Wings are ok. Pub chips are very good. Overall, good bar food. I would like to see the kitchen take on some more ambitious fare. Based on what I've seen, they're capable of more. I've been going there off and on since they've reopened. The service there is very friendly, and the atmosphere is nice.

First impression was bad. I cant comment on the food because I didnt try it. I heard its pretty good though. I was there waiting for my oil change across the street debating on having lunch. While I waited, I asked to bartender for a beer. She was talking to the one other person two stools down. I asked her what the specials were. She told me there were no specials. I ordered a beer and looked at the food menu. She walked away back to the other person. I decided to look around to see whats new since they reopened. As I looked around I noticed a dry erase board to the right of the bar on the wall. It had the specials of the day. The same specials I was told didnt exist. I went back to my stool. I thought I give order some lunch and another drink from the specials. I made my decision from the menu and finished the last of my 1st drink and waited. And I waited........and waited. Mind you she was ten feet away from talking to another person. I refused to get her attention. Thats her job. I had an empty beer glass and a menu and cash in front of me. Still nothing. I sipped the foam from the bottom of my glass, stood up and put all of my cash (no tip) in my pocket and thanked the cranky lady for her terrible service. I dont think she gave a ****. I may try again when its convenient but I wouldnt recommend staying if the old crabby lady is bar tending. I think she hates life. UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This PLACE IS NOW CLOSED. I wonder why......

Placed and order to eat in then an other to take out rang the wrong bill but charged me for both forgot to put my second order in waited for it got home the burger was raw called went back to get it medium well. They cooked it so well done couldn't cut it and sent back without any and I mean zero on the bun but meat and bun in the box. But my family loves their chicken So tried a week later. And my food took forty minutes because bartender/waiter forgot to put order in and grills shut down staff acts like your worth nothing but when food is right it's tasty but you don't want to eat in unless you want to feel like your a hindrance
