Auditorium - Benalmádena

We stopped here for our morning coffee break prior to a walk around the park. This cafe/bar is situated at on of the entrances to the Paloma Park in Benalmadena. Contrary to reviews from last year, service and drinks were good.

Reallöner bad service and we ordered some Mojitos, they had so much sugar in them that my tongue curled. When I complained (I do speak Spanish) she just stirred the drinks a bit and gave them back. The ladies room had no soap and the men’s room had no toilet paper, no soap, no light and no lock! Pointing this out to the staff they said they might refill the toilet paper later! This place is a joke, don’t go here!

Located in the Paloma park this cafe does offer a place to relax, there are play areas for children, and shaded areas to have a drink outdoors. We had a couple of smoothies which were lovely but a little on the expensive side. The menu was very snack orientated. The area could do with an upgrade, especially the toilets where facilities were poor This is a lovely park to visit though and you should not be put off.

The site is pleasant, prices are good but attention seems slow and without ahinged regardless of whether there are many or few people. still, as I say, if you keep the prices, the place is nice and recommended if you're taking a walk through the park and you need to make a stop

Have been here before and although a lovely setting, the service especially was always mediocre at best. (Slow, rude, disinterested) BUT NOT THIS TIME!! The service was pleasant, quick and the food we ordered delicious. Ok one thing was not quite as ordered, but for us this was a very pleasant visit. Long may this continue!
