Mamma Leone - Benidorm

Found this on Tripadvisor as we were looking for Italian near us. What a Gem! Service Food was excellent. We could see the pizza spinning, preparation etc going on as they cooked the meal fresh. Lovely flavours !! Definitely 10 out of 10 in our book! We will be visiting again before we leave Benidorm.

Quality of the food was OK, disappointed with lasagna potion small size with no sides and it tasted like processed frozen lasagna. Alcohol drink like a malibu was very expensive at €11 no price on menu for the drinks so this was a shock. Ordered a pizza, carbonara and spaghetti which was just mediocre. However which turned me off was I was offered what I think was pesto/olive oil in a glass bowel with my pizza but the first thing I saw was a dead fly inside the oil. I told waitress this and she apologised and offered to get me a new one but I didn't want it. The toilet was small and didn't look very hygienic. We only tried this out due high number of reviews in Google and I regretted going there. I'm my opinion it was a waste of money €71) we spent there as I definitely could have gotten much better, that might explain the lack of customers there as we where the only ones at the restaurant.

Excelente comida, servicio de calidad. Los postres y las bebidas son fabulosos. Recomiendo visitar si estás en Benidorm, los precios son muy asequibles y todo es fresco.
