Cafe Smitten - Benton Park

This restaurant was a little bit healthy for me. I had the schnitzel chicken sandwich. The sandwich had uneven yeast ingredients of the bread and an overcooked schnitzel. Served with a spring lettuce side. The value was not there.

I’ve been told by many friends that Cafe Smiten was the place to go in Bakersfield. They were right! Excellent coffee and food!

Very kind and attentive staff. Ordered a mushroom omelet, and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend for the ambient and amazing staff.

I think I found my new favorite breakfast spot! My friend recommended this place and I am only sad that I just found out about this yummy place! The food is delish, service is excellent, and great atmosphere. Get the Moroccan eggs. I can’t wait to try everything on the menu!
