Bartleby’s Seitan Stand - Bentonville

I can't tell you how happy I am to have a place where I can get a whole vegan meal! No worrying about meat cross contamination or eggs in the sauces. The nuggs are TO DIE FOR crispy and delicious and the special sauce is superb. 10000/10 would highly recommend.

We picked up fries here to go with our Dots Hot Chicken sandwiches. The waffle fries were EXCELLENT! They were seasoned and had a great flavor to them. We got garlic and herb sauce as well as their special sauce. The special sauce is where it?s at. We?ll be back to try their other stuff as well.

So delicious! one of, if not the best plant based food option in North West Arkansas! love the simple minimal ingredients in the seitan sandwiches. also, the owner Stephanie is super cool and just seems like an all around great person! thank you for being here!
