Avaliação da contribuiçãoBagels are so good, but didn't have everything or sesame , but I stopped late in the day. Otherwise would be a 5!!!
Don't know what has been going on over the last few months or so but consistent inconsistency has been this customer's observation. I get there at 6:30, and it is breakfast surprise. Will there even be a good selection of bagels? Will the butter be spreadable or hard as a rock? Will there be bagels at all get a new oven maybe? ? Will they even be open on time? Will there be more than one staff member behind the counter? Oh, and now we get to pour our own coffee! Bagels today were about 40% selection, and obviously rushed a bit gummy in the middle and misshapen . Staff is never in a bad or non-professional mood, though struggling sometimes, obviously poorly supported. I'll bet upper management is hitting their skimpy labor budget though!
Decent bagels, very friendly service. Coffee seemed to have some flavor added.
While I could stand the sudden decrease in service earlier in the year when the entire staff was replaced by new faces, it it now July and it still takes over 10 minutes to have an order completed. Despite their incompetence, I continued to go to this location about once a month to test the waters, and see if next year I felt like renewing my coffee club card. The final straw for me though, was that on my last visit I noticed the non-profit they are collecting donations for is Autism Speaks, which even a cursory look into shows that they consider Autism a disease, and something to cure. Feel free to look into it, but it is an awful organization. I'm gone for good. I refuse to give my money to a company that not only has terrible service, but supports such an inhuman organization. You have lost a valuable customer, and I can assure you that any of your customers who know about Autism Speaks will boycott you.
I went in for the lunch this week and watched one of the managers (I assume he was a manger because he was in plain clothes instead of the uniform shirt) taking the bagels out of the oven through the window. He turned around and dropped one of the bagels on the floor. Instead of throwing it away he quickly picked it up and threw it in the basket to be served out front. I was so shocked that I turned right around and walked out. I wouldn't eat here again knowing that's how they handle the food.
