Mcdonald's - Bettendorf

What impressed cleaning was on running and waiting staff was really friendly as you see from my picture all gone yumm

Tonight, when we arrived home, we realized that our two Happy Meals were missing toys! Our 3-year-old and 6-year-old were very surprised and disappointed. I called the restaurant to ask if I could pick up the toys, and Jamie (I think she was a supervisor) was very apologetic and offered to make it right for the kids. Thank you so much for your understanding and excellent customer service!

I have been to many McDonald's locations, but this one stands out as one of the cleanest. The staff here is incredibly respectful and attentive. It's clear that they take pride in their work and they truly deserve recognition for their exceptional service. The food is good, but what really sets this place apart is the welcoming community atmosphere.

The restaurant provides very efficient drive-thru service with quick transition to a single lane after ordering. The payment window is fast and friendly, followed by a prompt delivery of delicious lunch with a smile at the food pick-up window. The quality of the food is consistently good, typical of McDonald's standards.

OMG: Another big mistake and disappointment from our local Mickey D's! With the price comes the BTS packaging and you cannot see here at all... Yes, asked...
