Via Saigon - Béziers

Is a very good Vietnamese restaurant. We've had a lot of fun. The boss is very friendly. However, it is true that the wait to get the dishes is long enough (service from Friday night to 7:30.) but is it not a sign that everything is made home and not just a dish warmed to the microwave and served in 5 minutes? for me I am awarded a 5 star and I recommend this restaurant despite waiting.
