My train got delayed by 16 hrs and I ordered my food 6-7 hrs before and even pre paid the food amount and it didn't get delivered . My order number is 3396962. I had ordered food from here while travelling back to Bangalore. Food got delivered at 1:23 PM and it’s 1:34 PM I’m posting this review. It was so bad that we had to throw away the food, IRCTC Catering food is far far better than this and I am surprised how Raiyatri has a tie up with them. Very pathetic food. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM HERE. Since RailYatri has tie up with only this hotel, don’t risk to order at this station Bhusaval Jn. Service: Delivery

Giving this rating for the excellent service and food quality. I was traveling from Chennai to ahmedabad on 25.09.23 and the train was running late for 5 hours. Expected time to cross bhusawal at 12pm so I ordered chicken biriyani. Unexpectedly the train delayed further 3 hours, at that time I thought they would cancel my order. But when the train arrived at bhusawal station, delivery person came directly to my birth and delivered the food. What surprised me the most is, the food is hot(they knew the train arrival time and preparing accordingly) and taste is also very good. Eventhough the quantity is little lower side its very much enough while traveling. Cost is also affordable, bought 1 chicken biriyani for 160 rupees which is normal even in street foods. Best place to order if you are traveling via bhusawal. For madras bakery, pls keep up the good work and all the best for your service.

Ordered idli and Vada in the train. It was the worst food ever tasted. No chutni was served. Sambhar was stale and bitter. Idli was dry and hard. Vada was soggy and sticky, like made of maida. I had to throw it all instead of getting sick.

Ordered from train. Train was late. When train reached, no one came to deliver. I though they might have cancelled order. It was delivery against cash. To my surprise, after 10 minutes there was call from bakery. He told me train was about to leave, so he left my parcel with passengers who were nearest to door. I went and checked for my parcel. It was there. It was wonderful experience. To make payment, i was required to call him twice so that he can share his number where can make payment.
