Jacalito Grill - Big Bear Lake

Our go to restaurant when in big bear. Big ice cold beers and margaritas. Food is always tasty and large portions

Pretty good food.. Dig the carne asada fries. Weird vibe in the bar. Big Bear.......

We came after a day of skiing. Cam hungry and left satisfied and filled. Food: huge portion and delicious! Had chip and salsa, chicken tortilla soup, California Burrito and Carnitas plate. Service: prompt, attentive and friendly. Good value for the entire experience.

We visited El Jacalito when we came to Big Bear, food was great, service was fast and great. We ended up with Pozole since it got colder. Definitely a place to check out.

Food is decent, but it was the only place to offer terrace seats after sunset. Ordered wet burrito, and S/O ordered taquitos. The Asada was okay. Meat was a bit cheesy, but the rest of the Burritos was okay. The taquitos were a bit dry, but it was tasteful. My favorite thing at the location was the terrace seats. All other restaurants did not offer a seat after sunset due to the cold weather. This location had heated lamps, and a beautiful terrace area to sit and eat.
