Snow Summit Ski Resort - Big Bear Lake

Crowded lift, many people and snow can be sluggish. can be in order when they are in such cal ski. avoid fresh snow days as it is packed on the wall. they better go a bit further so they can enjoy their day more. other than the resort is nice, but must update older lifts. adding 1-2 more all mountain lifts would help eliminate problems with lines. needs better snow creation skills to make use of the advantages of snow days.

Nice place. Wish they had night time runs during the week. They also really do give you free lift tickets If you are there on your birthday. My wife skied for free our last day. That was an added bonus.

Quiet, peaceful ride up with my bike on another chair, then a lot of down hill trails from different skill levels like ski offers. also hike. eating is easy, people are nice and usually helpful.

As good as for local skiing for the bigger los angeles opposite. it is about two hours from most los angeles and orange county. big enough to ski them for a afternoon. because it makes a lot of snow, the cover is always good. often icy on the morning and sleeps on the afternoon makes the middle of the day the best ski. the largest part of the site is moderate, there are no real expert slopes on the mountain. the hill is covered with bones. beautiful view of the big bear lake. they go on a weekday for a smaller amount, so they call sick and drink a beer at the top of the mountain look south on san gregorio and san jacinto mountain and write a picture for all their friends who went to work or school this day. from 4/10/22 almost finished for the season, only 3 chairs open.
