Bagel Island Deli - BIG PINE KEY

Love this place. I go before work to get lunch. Tried everything on the menu. It's all great.

Excellent Bagels Service. Bagel Island has the BEST bagles, hands down, in the Keys. They are also generous with their homemade flavored cream cheese, which is rare. The girls do a wonderful job welcoming each customer, some by first name. As a local, they know my coffee and sometimes have it enroute while I'm deciding. I'm a huge fan of this shop and encourage you to try it.

A decent bagel but nothing to rave about. Picked up a few bagels from here for the next morning. I felt the staff wasn 't very friendly had the just doing my job attitude. One of the girls looked as though she had been crying before she came out to clean. Oh well, said thank you and have a nice day after we ordered our bagels to go. We just picked up a tub of cream cheese at Winn Dixie to have with them. I was amazed at how they got so many poppy seeds to stay on the bagel, usually at Dunkin they tend to fall all over the place. They were definitely good nice and crisp after toasting and not too doughty but nothing to rave about. I 'd go back and get a bagel if I were in the mood for one for breakfast.

Great bagels with wonderful people. Lots of variety in the menu for both food and coffees. Nice place to sit and chats with the locals.

I would give them more STARS if I could. We spent over a month in the area and this place was a winner every visit. Probably went in 10 times
