Pay attention to the portion sizes of special rolls, they are huge. My fiancée and I started our meal with the warm will, and the Hawaiian Poke with Taro chips. A great appetizer! Think chips and salsa, but with pineapples and ahi tuna. We ordered three of the special rollers and yellowtail hand rollers. The hand rolls were fresh with yellow tail and rice/Veggies. I can't remember the names of the special roles, but I remember having ordered one with Hamachi, one with salmon, and the last was with Marlin and Walu. All roles were great, but the Walu/Marlin role was my absolute favorite. The touch of the sweet with the pineapple in the role was such a beautiful and interesting surprise.
Great sushi in a beautiful place, Big Sky. Also the cook will work with you to make the sushi, but you want it to be very accommodating. You have big Hawaiian drinks. We come to Big Sky twice a year and we always come here every visit.
That's, hands down, my favorite sushi restaurant... definitely the best in Montana. And I like it better than all the places I was in Seattle. I love how many of the reels have Walu....the favorite sushi table.
Very good sushi and sashimi. Interesting Hawaiian roles style. If you like to travel to Big Sky and sushi, this is a place you need to visit.
Delicious sushi, great cocktails, and friendly service. Will definitely go back!
