Huddle House - Big Stone Gap

We drove here from Kingsport and it was worth it!!! The food was excellent, and so was the service. I wish we had this Huddle House in Kingsport, TN.

When a starter had ordered, the food came cold and soggie like the waitress forgot. I told her that was cold, like it was a while. She says I'm sorry the record comes back with the same plate and gives it back to me. I asked if you'd just reheat it? She said yes. I said no thanks. She asked you not to. I couldn't believe it. Worst place I've ever been. Ps. The place had only another table, so it's not like they were busy.

As a former manager of the training business, I can say that this place is professional, serve fast, fresh and hot foods. China, John and the other lady from Michigan are on everything. Great job guys. Thank you.

Ordered 3 patty melts, a zesty chicken sandwich, along with 2 Blueberry pancakes said it should be all there paid 30 dollars and then go home. as to come home a patty melt was a cheeseburger and they totally forget the blueberries pancakes we drive back 15 minutes to the restaurant for them to say it?s will take 20 minutes that they have to make all the other orders hours ago and the lady who serves the food to say a fool that they made the order right, then I ask if they can make the food again and let me ask a refund to the two things completely crazy? as everything I wanted to go home and eat dinner then refused to me the food and refund

I was calling for 20 minutes with no answer. Drive down to place my order 20 minutes before close and the grill is shut down for the night . Asked why they didn 't answer the phone and the cook responded because they were busy. Waitress was out back smoking and never bothered waking in. Inside looks spotless like they hadn 't had costumers in over an hour. And then telling someone to place their order online in scenario would have just lead me to losing money and not getting food, since the location was still open when I called and arrived yet the kitchen was closed
