Avaliação da contribuiçãoI don't usually write reviews for fast food restaurants because the service is usually not great, but the Arby's in Billings Heights surpassed any experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I placed my order and the employees were very patient and professional. When I asked if they offered a veteran discount, they confirmed that they did. When I went to pay at the window, not only did they give my dogs chicken nuggets, but they also covered the cost of my meal! They wouldn't even accept my card. I have been comped a meal before when I was in uniform on active duty, but being a 100% disabled veteran, this was an incredibly special gesture. Arby's has now become my number one fast food place in town, especially with their fresh new menu.
I used to love Arby's but this particular restaurant is getting a very low rating from me because the bathrooms are extremely dirty and smelly. It used to be that gas stations had the worst bathrooms, but this Arby's has taken it to a new level of filth. I wanted to leave the facility immediately but I remembered I needed to zip up my pants first. Do not go here if you think you may need to use the restroom.
I believe they were experiencing some issues with their headsets, causing a slight delay in receiving my food. However, when I ordered my chicken slider and pulled up to the window, the assistant manager kindly gave me a free chicken slider to make up for the inconvenience. I thought it was a nice gesture and appreciated their effort in ensuring my satisfaction while waiting for my order.
I want to let the manager of Arby's on Main Street know that Collet was friendly and helpful at the counter. Thank you.
I'm disappointed to write this review, but unfortunately, after repeatedly asking for hot sauce at the drive-thru order board, again at the window, and confirming it a third time when I received my food, the hot sauce was still missing.
