It took 10 minutes until someone comes to the speaker to take our order. When they did, people could hear laughing in the background. Parking us for our food for over 15 minutes. But our food was still delivered cold?? We were the only ones in the car thru. The food was very different. They didn't even give us the wrong food. This was my first visit in 6 months since I decided to use other places because it is always out of everything, forever takes 9/10 the food is wrong or lacking, and they do not change their fry oil often enough so that all fried taste like dirty fish, and the grill / broiler tastes like burned bits. The frits are also more often overcooked than not.
The Italian chicken was only heated in the microwave after I had ordered, so it is pre-maid before ordering and does not twist it well as yesterday's Leftover
Came in to grab a couple burgers and was helped quickly. Restaurant was really dirty behind the counter, piles of swept up debris and dirt that were just left there for people to walk through and redistribute. Burgers were cold, no napkins, stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to ask them if I could have a napkin. Eventually just left.
Ordered breakfast this morning through DoorDash. I received some half full French fries instead of hash browns. Knowing they don’t serve French fries at 9:30am, I was more disgusted to know they were old ones from last night. Tried contacting the store and they won’t answer. Contacted DoorDash and reordered my meal. Again I didn’t receive hash browns which was the only thing I reordered. They gave me someone else’s sandwich instead. Tried calling and again no answer. Upon reading all of the other reviews, I will not be a BK customer anymore.
