Hardee's - Billings

If your dining room is closed and they have closed the doors, please put at least one shield on the door. It doesn't make fun to get a small child in and out of a vehicle in windy, underfrost temperatures only to find out that their door is closed.

I went through the drive-thru to order a cup of water for my dog before heading to the park. Unfortunately, the worker informed me that they were out of water. I mentioned that would be fine and asked if I could just get some water in a cup. She said that was doable, but then asked if I would like to order something else. I said no, and she told me that they don’t just give away water — you have to order something. I would have happily purchased the water if that were an option. I'm not sure about the restaurant's policies, but I've never encountered this at any other place, even those with stricter rules. I won't be returning to this location again.

Need to get the dine in lobby open. All other fast food lobbies are open. Like to sit down to eat and not in the car.

Place is a joke at best. Pretty sure the gal on the drive thru speaker was methin around, forgot to pack half the order. Wrong drinks. Literally go anywhere else for fast food.

Very dirty place, Our order was made wrong and the fries were very old, WOW!! this used to be a good place, Hardees has gone way down hill.
