Veronika's Pastry Shop - Billings

Wow! This place is a must-visit. I had an amazing experience. I stopped by at 9:00 on Thursday morning, and they were nearly sold out. What they had left was outstanding. The Almond Croissant was incredibly buttery and flaky, with a delightful almond filling. The Danish pastries were even better! Everything was freshly made and beautifully presented. This gem of a European café in downtown Billings is not to be missed. Make sure to go early!

I had the pleasure of tasting some of the best pastries! I arrived at 9:00 AM on a Thursday and found that she was nearly sold out of her offerings. It seems like getting there by 8:00 AM is the way to go for the best selection. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! I can't recall the names of the pastries, but I highly recommend everything from this bakery. One of them was an almond pastry, and I typically don't even like almonds, but it was amazing! The flavor was outstanding! I can't wait to return on my next trip to Billings.

Best pastries in town! I love the true European style pastries with the lovely texture and wonderful flavor! Worth every penny! Go early because she sells out often by 11 am!
